Conflict minerals refer to minerals sourced from conflict-affected areas in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and neighboring countries, including coltan (tantalum), cassiterite (tin), wolframite (tungsten), and gold. YIN GUAN CO., LTD. is committed to corporate social responsibility, conducting due diligence in accordance with the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) framework to ensure our supply chain does not source metals from conflict regions.

Our Commitments

  • We do not purchase or use conflict metals (Au, Ta, W, Sn) from DRC conflict areas, and extend this to Co and Mica supply chains per RMI initiatives.
  • Require suppliers to trace the origin of key metals in all products, ensuring they do not originate from "conflict regions," and complete RMI CMRT and EMRT reporting templates.
  • Communicate our policy against conflict minerals to the supply chain through contracts and procurement standards, urging suppliers to align their practices with our expectations.
  • Require suppliers to pass these requirements upstream to their own suppliers, ensuring the entire supply chain adheres to responsible sourcing principles.
