Polishing
Light grinding to remove surface oxidation, burrs, and minor defects, keeping the original shape and sharp edges with a bright, smooth finish. Ideal where sharp edges must be kept but appearance matters.
YIN GUAN uses barrel finishing technology to deburr, polish, and round the edges of wire-formed pins, making them easier to insert into PCB holes, rubber comb bases, and mating connectors — while improving appearance and safety.

Barrel finishing is a mass-processing technique for part edges and surfaces. Parts are placed in a barrel together with abrasive media; the rotation creates friction that deburrs, polishes, and rounds the edges.
YIN GUAN offers 4 finishing types based on product needs — from light polishing to full edge rounding, all customizable.
Based on pin usage, insertion difficulty, and appearance needs, we offer polishing, chamfering, half round, and full round options.

Removes the sharp corners of the pin's end face and sides into a small radius, eliminating sharp edges while retaining the main shape. Ideal for reducing burr risk without full rounding.
Edges shaped into a partial arc, between chamfering and full round. The pin keeps some flat surface but fully rounded edges, balancing insertion feel and mechanical strength.
The pin end is shaped into a complete hemispherical arc with no sharp edges and an extremely soft feel. Ideal for skin-contact applications or where safety is paramount.
Based on your application and insertion needs, we can recommend the best finishing process.
