YIN GUAN uses barrel finishing technology to deburr, polish, and round the edges of wire-formed pins, making them easier to insert into PCB holes, rubber comb bases, and mating connectors — while improving appearance and safety.

What is Barrel Finishing?

Barrel finishing is a mass-processing technique for part edges and surfaces. Parts are placed in a barrel together with abrasive media; the rotation creates friction that deburrs, polishes, and rounds the edges.

Polishing

Light grinding to remove surface oxidation, burrs, and minor defects, keeping the original shape and sharp edges with a bright, smooth finish. Ideal where sharp edges must be kept but appearance matters.

Chamfering (Small Radius)

倒圓角

Removes the sharp corners of the pin's end face and sides into a small radius, eliminating sharp edges while retaining the main shape. Ideal for reducing burr risk without full rounding.

Half Round

半圓角

Edges shaped into a partial arc, between chamfering and full round. The pin keeps some flat surface but fully rounded edges, balancing insertion feel and mechanical strength.
