Tell Us Your Application
Tell us the final application of your product — e.g. hair brushes, LED displays, transformer pins, PCB jumpers. Understanding the application lets us recommend the most suitable material, size, and process.
Select Wire Material
Based on conductivity, strength, corrosion resistance, and cost, choose from 10 materials: iron, stainless steel, tinned copper, copper-clad steel, tin-plated CCS, tin-over-nickel CCS, manganin, brass, pure copper, and silver-copper alloy.
Choose Plating Type
Choose a surface treatment by product positioning — tin over nickel, nickel, gold, matte tin over nickel (high-temp), and more. Plating enhances solderability, conductivity, corrosion resistance, and appearance.
Mold Design & Sampling
After confirming specifications, we perform professional mold design and sampling. Provide drawings or a sample, and we will produce samples for you to verify dimensions, appearance, and fit.
Trial Production
After sample approval, a small trial batch verifies the stability and consistency of mass-production quality, ensuring all specs, processes, and quality meet your requirements before full production.
Mass Production & Delivery
